Ms. Domkiw is responsible for building and leading Futrfab’s human resource functions to align people and organizational programs with the evolving strategic business objectives of Futrfab.

During her 20+ year career as a human resources professional in the technology industry, Ms. Domkiw has designed and implemented compensation, benefits, retirement, time keeping and payroll systems for companies such as IBM, MiCRUS (an IBM and Cirrus Logic joint venture), Philips Electronics and NXP Semiconductors.

Working closely with senior management throughout her career, she has led cost reduction initiatives for administrative processes without loss of quality or service, spearheaded employee morale programs, advised and collaborated with Legal Counsel and acted as a key consultant to Senior Managers on all aspects of Human Resource strategies and policies.

Prior to joining Futrfab, Ms. Domkiw served in a leadership role at NXP Semiconductors, Fishkill as the Human Resource Generalist, primarily responsible for providing advice, council and support for all aspects of personnel management. Most notable amongst her accomplishments at MiCRUS, she orchestrated the hires of over 100 engineers, 400 skilled technicians and numerous skilled manufacturing employees that enabled the startup company to grow from 200 to 1200 employees in less than 4 years.
